Where are your products made?

All York & Earl products are designed and handcrafted in the heart of Georgia. We work in small batches to ensure thoughtful construction, consistent quality, and lasting wear.

Are your products machine washable?

Our bandanas, bow ties, and collar flowers are all machine washable and ultra-durable for many years of wear for your pet.

How much is the shipping fee?

Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and applied at the final step of the checkout process. Taxes and fees vary based on shipping location and selected products.

Do you have free shipping?

Free shipping is automatically applied to purchases of $150 or more.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow around 7-10 business days for the product to arrive at the designated shipping address.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

As soon as you place your order, we immediately begin processing, so unfortunately, placed orders cannot be cancelled. If there are any questions or concerns, please Contact Us and we will do our best to assist you.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind every product that we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help!

We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition.
- Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
- Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit
- We cannot accept returns after 60 days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label. Please Contact Us for further assistance.
